PAOLA — Miami County Extension agriculture and natural resources agent Mike Epler is leaving at the end of the month to become an adjuster for a crop insurance company. Epler said it will be the first time he’s not been associated with Extension or Kansas State University. He was with Miami County Extension for 14 months. Previously, he was with Leavenworth County Extension.
