OTTAWA – Incumbents Blake Jorgensen and Rocky Fleer filed for re-election to the ottawa city commission this morning. That means three people, the third is John Wise, have filed for the three seats that are open in this year’s spring elections. Seats held by Jorgensen, Fleer and Sara Humm are up for election this year. The deadline to file for city and school board offices is noon Tuesday.
