OTTAWA–Watch where you park your car. The Ottawa Public Works Department has implemented some regulations so streets will be clear for snowplows. Vehicles are now probhibited from parking on posted snow routes effective immediately. Also, cars are barred from parking on the street in the Central Business District after 6 tonight. This will continue for at least 48 hours.
