OTTAWA–Need an excuse to wear your Darth Sidious or Boba Fett costume? The 70th Explorers Garrison, a subdivision of the 501st Legion is hosting “The Villains of Star Wars at the Library” at the Ottawa Library. The costume event will be held next Saturday from 10-noon. No registration required and the program is for all ages.
