OSAGE CITY — The only contested city races in Osage County are in Scranton and Burlingame. Eight people filed for three Scranton City Council seats: Kurt Claycomb, Larry Hulsopple, Brenda Lester, Ray Lester Jr., Jack Mayfield, Randal Ming, Terry Ralston Jr., and Robert Sims. Seven people filed for three Burlingame City Council seats. They are Mark Cole, Vikki Demars, Brenda Dorr, Carolyn Lee, Travis Middleton, Clint Padgett and Carolyn Strohm. There’s also a contest for Burlingame mayor between Ray Hovestadt and Ken Gies.
