So far the “Blizzard of 2011” has lived up to the hype. Franklin County and the surrounding area have been slammed with heavy snow and strong winds for most of the day and it continues as the heaviest snow bands are falling throughout the KOFO listening area. People are discourage to travel anywhere until the storm has passed and road crews have made their sweep of the roadways.
