OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa has activated its snow ordinance and its downtown parking ordinance. Don’t park along emergency-snow streets that are marked with red and white “snow route” signs. You could get a ticket or get towed. The city asks no one park in the downtown business district after 6 tonight.
