OTTAWA — U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran will visit Ottawa and Osage County Wednesday, weather permitting, during the first of his statewide listening tour. Moran will be at the community room at the Franklin County Annex Wednesday morning from 10:30 to 11:30. He will be at the Lyndon Community Center from noon to Wednesday afternoon. Moran said he is continuing the tradition he started as a congressman for the ‘Big First’ district in western and central Kansas – he plans to visit every Kansas county.
