PARKER — The city of Parker has selected Mike Page and Diversified Contracting to build a sewer system for the city. The Osawatomie Journal reported that Page submitted the lowest of 13 bids for the project. His bid was about $217,000. Work is expected to begin sometime next month and completed in approximately six months.
