LAWRENCE–Yesterday afternoon, Lawrence detectives arrested two people involved in the December 13th armed robbery at Wal-Mart, located at 3300 Iowa. A 19-year-old Lawrence man and a 22-year-old transient man were booked at Douglas County Jail on multiple charges of aggravated robbery. During the December incident, one of the suspects brandished a fire alarm inside the business and demanded money from the money center, leaving with $725. No one was injured in the incident. No additional information on the men arrested or investigation were available.
