OTTAWA — The Rodney White Children’s Foundation has given $250 to Ottawa Recreation Commission for youth programs. After last summer’s ball season, the ORC renamed the youth T-ball league to the Rodney White T-ball league. Rodney was an avid participant in ORC youth sports before he died of cancer.
