OTTAWA–A jury trial for an Ottawa man charged in the stabbing death of another Ottawa man has been set for April 6th in Franklin County District Court. John Balbirnie, 44, is one of the two men who have been charged with the death of Paul Nicholson on July 28th. Brandon Ellsmore, 23, has also been charged.
