GARNETT — The Garnett Business and Professional Women have full slate of activities for next week. The group will host a local political forum at March 15 at 5:30 at the Garnett Town Hall Center. The public can see and questions of candidates for the Garnett City Commission and Anderson County USD 365 school board and get a chance to ask questions of the candidates. The Garnett BPW and the Anderson County Farm Bureau Women will have a women’s fair March 19 at Anderson County High School in Garnett. Activities include a fashion show, demonstrations on fitness and weight loss, and smart shopping. There will be several information booths offering door prizes and some free blood screenings.
