Ottawa, Kan.- Ottawa University head football coach Kent Kessinger announced Saturday Feb 19th that 28 student-athletes have signed letters of intent to attend Ottawa University and play football for the Braves.
“The weather these past couple of weeks have put a little damper on getting our release of our signees out but hasn’t lessened our excitement about how our recruiting has gone this year,” Kessinger said. “Our recruiting is not yet over; we still have some tremendous young men that are very interested in OU, as with every year recruiting is an ongoing process.”
The current Braves Football team is well into its off-season conditioning and weight training program and will start spring practices in March.
