KANSAS CITY, MO–According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the state of Kansas is ranked 32nd for having the most victims of serial homicides. The readings are from the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program. Kansas is tied with Tennessee with 24 victims. Missouri is ranked Ninth with 46. The number one state is California with 128.
