GARNETT — Anderson County Emergency Management will host a severe storm spotter class tonight at 7 at the North Lake Park community building in Garnett. Weather forecasters from the National Weather Service office at Topeka will teach the class. The class is open to the public and those who attend need not be a storm spotter. The class will give tips on what to watch out for during the storm season.
