OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a pickup driven by 25-year-old Matthew Elder, 25, Ottawa, caught fire in the 3100 block of Idaho Road north of Rchter Thursday afternoon. A deputy put out the fire. The damage was limited to an area around the fuel tank but damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
