OTTAWA — The East Central Kansas Economic Oopportunity Corporation seeks applications for its $500 college scholarship. ECKAN will award a $500 scholarship to graduating high school seniors who live in Franklin, Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Lyon, Miami, Morris and Osage counties. Students must meet income guidelines For applications, check with high school counselors or the ECKAN central office in Ottawa. Applications are due April 8.
