GARNETT — Larry McMurtry’s book ‘Buffalo Girls’ will be the subject of a book discussion at the Garnett Public Library Tuesday night at 7. The discussion is the second in this year’s series of Talk About Literature in Kansas. This year’s TALK series has a western-theme. Independent scholar Erin Pouppirt will lead the discussion. McMurtry’s novel tells the story how Calamity Jane and her companions end up in London with Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show.
