OTTAWA — Freedom is another word for nothing else to lose – especially if you get caught, as a 17-year-old juvenile from Garnett found out. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office saud the juvenile escaped from the juvenile detention center Friday night but was caught in the parking lot outside.
