CENTRAL HEIGHTS — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said it received a report from the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services that a 13-year-old girl was raped at least twice by a 17-year-old boy sometime this year in southern Franklin County. Detectives are investigating.
