WELLSVILLE — Besides a question about the residency of the top vote-getter Mike McAfee in the Wellsville City Council election, the question of who will be the other council member will be decided by a coin flip by county commissioners later. Council candidate Cory Cunningham picked up one more vote than Jim Stonequist in Friday’s vote canvass to help him tie Stonequist, who was the second-highest vote-getter before the canvass. County commissioners and Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry went over provisional and contested votes at the canvass.
