OTTAWA — This is National Library Week. The Ottawa Library is planning several activities this week. Among them a photo contest. he library will display photos outside the activity room. If you can correctly guess where in Ottawa the photo was taken, you could be eligible to win prizes. The library staff will read poetry by children’s author Shel Silverstein as part of Storytime Tuesday and Friday.
