OSAWATOMIE–The annual Parents in Education Spring Carnival is here! The carnival is set for 1-4 tomorrow at the Osawatomie High School. The event includes games, bungee jumping, rock climbing, inflatables and more. A chance to win an Apple Ipod will also be included. All the proceeds will go to student programs and scholarships.
