OTTAWA — The mean streets of Ottawa will see something cool. The city commission agreed Monday to Chad Conus’ request to sell ice cream from a bicycle cart along the sidewalks of the city. Conus is owner of Fat Daddy’s. He’s expected to begin pedaling to peddle ice cream soon. He’ll join a hot dog vendor who also works on the sidewalks.
