Third District Representative Sharice Davids will have representatives from her office in Garnett today and encourages anyone with questions or issues with any government program to come talk to one of the representative about it. Davids realizes that there can be quite a bit of frustration when it comes to certain issues.
The office hours in Garnett today will be from 11:00 to 2:30 at the Garnett Public Library. Another popup office will be held in Ottawa, at the library on January 20th, and in Paola on Wednesday, January 25th. You can also sign up for her newsletter that will keep you informed of what bills she is involved with and how she voted on every bill. Davids is on the Farm Committee, helping to design the new Farm Bill and will be getting a lot of information out to Kansas communities on how the Farm Bill will affect our state.
