National 811 Safe Digging Day was yesterday, it’s important to know who to call before you do any digging projects in your yard. The 811 number was established in 1978 in Wichita Knsas and has grown to include the entire nation to help protect do-it-yourselfers, lanscapers, and contractors from unintentionally hitting underground utility lines while working on digging projects – large and small.
