When the Ottawa City Commission narrowly voted to approve almost half a million dollars to help expand Legacy Square, a lot of people no doubt breathed a sigh of relief. Former Eckan Director Richard Jackson is on the Board of Onward Ottawa, and he says the Legacy expansion to link downtown and Main Street is another feather in the city’s cap.
The approval came on a 3 to 2 vote by the Cy Commission
