An accident occurred in the 1800 block of Marshall Road in Ottawa, yesterday afternoon, November 10th, at 2:52. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office, 17 year old Zachary Carrow of Ottawa, was traveling eastbound when he failed to navigate a curve, left the roadway and rolled multiple times. Carrow sustained minor injuries and was transported to receive treatment.
