The Franklin County Health Department is presenting a series of Community Nutrition Classes to start the new year. One class a month starting on January 22nd and running through April. Health Department Director, Brenda Pfitzenmaier talks about the first class coming up in a few weeks:
The classes are from noon to 1. Each participant will also receive a Harvest-to-Home produce box, which is $15.00 of fresh fruits and vegetables, an insulated shopping bag, a healthy nutrition booklet and healthy snacks and recipes. Class sizes are limited. If you would like to register for the class, it’s free, call the health Department today to reserve your spot.
