Ottawa Fire Chief, Tim Mathias, saw a lot in his days on the job as a firefighter. Some good, some not so good, some, he would rather forget, but never will. One of those events took place in the 1990’s, when a house fire on Lincoln Street killed four members of the Doty family. Mathias pulled all four out of the structure:
