The Ottawa City Commission will consider what’s called a Common Consumption Area at their meeting tomorrow, February 7th. The area would allow consumption of adult beverages in a certain area. City Manager Brian Silcott:
The Common Consumption Area would only be available for use at temporary events and permits would have to be obtained to allow for the Consumption Area to be put into effect. The meeting will be held at 7:00 tomorrow night at City Hall.
