Trash pickup rates for Wellsville residents will be going up in a few months. Shawn Anderson of Ottawa Sanitation spelled out some new rates effective July first.
The Wellsville City Council decided to go out for bids rather than automatically sign a new contract with Ottawa Sanitation.
