Like it or not, fraud and scams are a big part of our life. It’s estimated that over half of the population has been effected in some way by criminals trying to steal our money. At the ‘Combating Fraud Conference’ in Ottawa recently, Mark Johnson from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation told the audience about fuel pump skimmers:
