At a recent meeting, the Ottawa Planning Commission recommended approval of a conditional use permit for a project at 1201 West 15th Street. Ottawa Planner, Zack Martin says it is for a proposed nursing home.
The matter moves on to the City Commission, which has the final say on the project. No word on when that project will be on the City Commission agenda.
