The kiosk near the Ottawa City Hall is out of order, if you didn’t already know. City Manager, Brian Silcott says whether it will be restored to operation is up in the air:
The assumption seems to be that if most people pay their bills online, then it may not make sense to maintain the kiosk; nevertheless, Silcott says no final decision has been made.
