PAOLA–There’s a special feature at the Miami County Fair this year. Diane Burnett is the Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, and she says a truck called the “Food Safety Discovery Zone Mobile” will be on hand for viewers to see all kinds of exhibits about food safety. The truck will be open to the public Thursday and Friday, July 29 and 30, from 6 to 10 in the evening. It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
