U.S. Senator Jerry Moran spoke on the Senate Floor calling on his colleagues and leadership of the Senate Committee on Agriculture to resume negotiations on a new farm bill:
The current Farm Bill is five plus years old and has technically expired. Lawmakers in Washington have stalled on the new Farm Bill, but have said that negotiations will resume soon.
