The Osawatomie Police Department responded to a rollover collision on U. S. 169 highway south of West 347th Street, yesterday afternoon, April 12th, at approximately 1:07. Initial findings show that a vehicle traveling south, was rear-ended by another vehicle leading to the incident. An investigation is currently underway to determine the exact reason for the accident. No serious injuries have been reported for the occupants of the vehicles.
The Osawatomie Police Department is thankful for several organizations for providing assistance at the scene, including the Miami County EMS, Osawatomie Fire Department, Miami County Sheriff’s office, Kansas Department of Transportation and Kansas Highway Patrol.
