The city of Lawrence has been struggling with a major homeless problem; but, could Ottawa be in the same boat? The Ottawa City Commission is reviewing various possible solutions for homelessness. During the regular City Commission Meeting, Ottawa Mayor, Mike Skidmore, had a question for Neighborhood and Community Services Director Lucas Neece:
