Franklin County Emergency Medical Services Director, Christi Hilliker, provided the County Commission with some figures of how the ambulance services performed in 2023. Among several categories, the response time and overdoses were noteworthy:
Hilliker says drug overdoses continue to be a big problem in Franklin County, in fact some studies show the county ranks among the worst in the state in numbers of overdoses.
