Beer on tap, for many, there is nothing better than an ice cold beer in a frosty glass. Now, thanks to Governor Kelly signing House Bill 24-21, local been makers, such as Not Lost Brewery, in downtown Ottawa, can sell their beer outside their own doors, such as other local bars or restaurants, without having to use a distributor.
