Tomorrow, April 20th, is a day celebrated by a specific group of people around the world, particularly in the United States. April 20th, know as 4-20 to those who imbibe in smoking marijuana. The origins of the “celebration” have several possible explanations. Either way, Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner says law enforcement will be on high alert tomorrow for impaired drivers:
